1) Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from RinggitEase through our Site (including cart.html) such as digital content, services (e.g., consultations, workshops), and any physical merchandise we may offer from time to time.
2) Digital content (e.g., guides, templates)
If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital item, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If the download has occurred, refunds are generally not available. However, if the file is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund.
We may require proof of issue (e.g., error screenshots) to resolve problems quickly.
3) Services (e.g., sessions, workshops)
Reschedule: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost (subject to availability).
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled ≥24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the fee to cover allocated time.
No‑show: Fees may be non‑refundable.
4) Physical goods (if offered)
Return window: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
Non‑returnable items: Perishables, customized items, and opened consumables unless defective.
Defects/damage: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will arrange replacement or refund.
Return shipping: For change‑of‑mind returns, customer pays return shipping; for confirmed defects, we cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label.
5) How to request a refund or return

For digital issues, include screenshots or error details. For goods, include photos and packaging condition.
We will respond within 3 business days with next steps (e.g., fix, replacement, return authorization, or refund confirmation).
6) Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Once approved, we process refunds within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
7) Pricing errors and order cancellations
If a product is listed with an obvious error (e.g., pricing/description mistake), we may cancel and refund orders affected. We will notify you promptly and, where possible, offer the correct price to proceed.
8) Chargebacks
If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly via support. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution.
